We find our process works best for those who are interested in an ongoing partnership that includes financial planning; however, we realize there are times when ongoing investment management is a better fit for you.
The fee for the Investment Only Service Model is calculated based on the following schedule:
First $1,000,000 under Longview’s management: 1.00%
$1,000,001-$2,000,000 under Longview’s management: .85%
$2,000,001-$3,000,000 under Longview’s management: .75%
$3,000,001-$5,000,000 under Longview’s management: .65%
